Great stay. Clean hotel with immaculate
amenities. My grandson enjoyed the Pool. The washer and dryer were helpful. The staff at the front desk were so sweet. And the breakfast at the cafe was great. Nice views and location. Brewery! restaurants across the street. This lace was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Stayed for only one night after Tanglewood concert. Clean, modern room. Close driving proximity to everything. Friendly staff checking in and out. I’d stay here again.

Poor customer service

I booked the Marriott for two nights at the end of August, using my coveted Marriott points. The room we had was clean, very few amenities, one makeup, wipe, one bottle of moisturizer, no shower cap, one bar of soap! The streaming service did not work for the two nights we were there. Fortunately, we brought books. We had planned on watching movies. upon leaving the toilet didn’t work.-We could not flush the toilet. I brought all this to the attention of the manager when we left. I also wrote a review for Marriott-this review was returned with a nice note saying sorry . They let me know they would be updating the hotel in the future. No return of any points no coupons NO extra night nothing! In my opinion this is very poor customer service . In last few years I have been booking Airbnbs which as it turned out is a better choice! I will never stay at this Marriot again and perhaps no other Marriotts.

This is a very basic hotel. Rooms need attention. One room had peeling wallpaper above the bed. The other had a queen size mattress cover on a king sized bed. Every night we tried to make it work so it wouldn’t bunch up while we slept and wake us up.
The bed came unmade every night and staff did nothing about it. Not enough room in the rooms to unpack for two people. Just two small drawers and no where to put suitcases so you could live out of them.
Breakfast is expensive but lobby area to eat in is nice.
