The beds are super comfortable. The AC has a constant fan setting. The breakfast has several options (corn dogs) which was a new tasty treat for breakfast. The staff is always polite and helpful.

TV and room phone both out of service--no apology, no discount.

TV wouldn't work. Tried to call the front desk and just got static and then got hung up on repeatedly. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and tell them the room TV and phone don't work. They said they'd be right up. Took a while, then acknowledged they knew the phone didn't work and blamed the problem with the TV on the weather. Seriously?! They had to keep me waiting then come in my room at night to give me the excuse that it was the weather?! No apology. No discount. Nothing. My last visit here!

This was a very clean hotel that was close to eating and shopping. The staff was great and the breakfast selection was good. Out room was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep.

Clean room, parking was good. Breakfast was good. My only feedback would be for staff to be trained on room bookings. Was provided a key to an already booked room by another guest. Very concerning safety wise.

The breakfast was very good. Great coffee. The front desk staff was somewhat distracted, we had to wait quite some time for her to come to the desk. Had to ask an employee to find her.
