I travel to Lubbock often and this hotel is always my first choice. They are always easy check in and out and clean with no issues at al.

Was wonderful. Stay to visit with family. Buy had to leave early for an emergency. Will choose this location again.

Chase was very nice and helped us get checked in. The girl that checked us out wasn't happy to be there. She was rude but you could tell she wasn't happy about being there.

I made a reservation online for a one night stay. Upon arriving we waited about 10 min in the lobby before anyone showed up at the counter. When she arrived, it looked like she was in a bad mood/sleeping, and said the server was down and there was no record of my reservation. When I said I would like to cancell such reservation she said there was no rooms available. But then when we said we would go somewhere else, she changed her whole mood and said she could make acomodations and find two rooms for the night if we paid for a whole new reservation, which we had to do because it was already past midnight and my original reservation was the wrong date.

When arriving at the hotel I went to set up the put out bed only to find they didn’t have everything to set up the bed. Only the sheets, so I called the front desk asking for a a comforter and extra pillows. However, I received a pillow top and small pillows. The next morning, I went downstairs for breakfast and the lady setting up the breakfast was very rude. To my mistake I did not realize they had different times for breakfast start, I read breakfast at 6:30 so I went downstairs at 6:57. I walked into the area where they serve breakfast only to be followed by the lady yelling at me saying breakfast is not open yet. It’s just now seven you shouldn’t be in here. My response was I’m sorry. I thought it opened at 6:30 to then be rudely responded from her that’s only on certain days. At a hotel guest, I should have never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. Also, upon arrival at the hotel, I found that the pool was not operational. Since I was traveling with three children, that is the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool. Yes the front desk clerk stated they could cancel my reservation at no charge however, that would mean at 8 o’clock at night. I’m trying to find a new hotel. We won’t be staying here again.
