Old and run down. Safe enough to stay overnight but we sure wondered. We didnt know the area and the car did not get broken into.
Beds were nice, sheets were clean. And they gave individual bottles of travel shampoo.

You can tell they've redone the lobby so it looks nicer but the rest of the hotel is pretty drab. When you got off the elevator it was like they were using an air freshener to cover up musty smell. The hot tub wasn't very warm and the Jets were aggressive. The pool was cold but the room was cheap. So this isn't a complaint. Just what we experience experienced.

I was only there for one night so I didn’t bring it to the front desks attention, but the room could’ve been cleaner. There were odd stains on the dresser, cobwebs in the corners, paint peeling off the wall and some odd stains there too. Also right as we were about to leave, I noticed a french fry under the desk and me nor my friend had fries during our stay. We didn’t swim in the pool because there was a child’s birthday party so there were just way too many people but I know that’s not the hotels fault.

Rooms are in serious need of updates and deep cleans. Our pull out couch had a twin (not double mattress), stains all over it, the room smelled, the furniture had damage. Hot tub had mold/dirt around the edges where your back rests.

Too much incense!

The smell of incense was just too overpowering at this location, on every floor. It gave me a headache.
The staff was friendly. My son and I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, but there was hair on the floor so could have been cleaner. The bedding was thin, would have liked a thicker comforter or blanket. The shower and tub was in working order, as was the elevator. There is no washer or dryer in the guest landry area on the 4th floor.
