Rooms were clean but the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again.

I had my reservations for months. I was not notified that the property was under renovation. The check in girl would interrupt us constantly. There was a scheduled water outage on our second day we didn’t know about until check in. Our window leaked badly during a storm that kept us awake. Our toilet would only flush on certain attempts. This property use to be wonderful. They really disappointed me on this visit.

Building under construction. No amenities available. Bugs in first room we checked into. Breakfast was flavorless.

Food was pretty good! The staff were friendly and helpful, only issue is when we got into our room there was a huge hair ball in the shower. We called down and it got cleaned up immediately but that was concerning.

Upon arrival, we noticed ants all over the sink, floor, and shower. Later that night we noticed the sheets appeared to have specs of dirt, bugs, or something on them. The hotel was completely booked as well as all others in the area and we were hours away from home, so we had no choice but to stay. Maintenance did spray and wipe down the bathroom and changed the sheets. We were told we would get a call from management the next day, but never did. The next day we found additional small beetle looking bugs on the beds. We were told they were still fully booked, but did have 1 room they keep for overbooking, which they allowed us to move to. That room appeared clean, but we again never received a call from management and also were not offered any sort of refund.
