Room spaces, clean and well located

We stayed from 24 to 26/April 2026.
Apartment 125 - we found a lot of space, has closet, bathroom has bathtub I found great all white and fine retro, soft towels, soft bedding. All white and clean. No mould smell in the room. It has a pretty old carpet with stains, but no smell. Mini kitchen very well equipped brilliant, safe, parking at no extra cost, beach chair and sunscreen at no extra cost, and beach towel. The lady who stays at the reception very kind and proactive always helping with what is needed. Location we found great, 1 square from the beach. Bus at the door great, free TB trailer passes.
The photo is identical to the reality, limpinha pool.
Honestly we love we were very satisfied. You've got to give 150 trousers, but it's cracked at check-out.

Nice place to stay but no view of Miami. Close to the street with moving cars. Beach 4 min walk. It was clean.

A most basic hotel experience. Adequately clean. Free on-site parking and location are a huge plus. Helpful office staff. Primitive but serviceable kitchen setup.

Kitchenette was great! Microwave, mini but not too mini fridge, big sink with counter and 4 cup coffee maker. Stayed 6 nights and was just across the street from the beach. Staff was amazing and helpful! Clean pool and plenty of deck area to hang out and relax at the end of the day. It's a little dated/older but Clean. Overall great experience

Have visited many many times over the last 20 years or so….its like staying with old friends. It’s close to the famous Haulover Beach, closer to the many shops and restaurants in Surfside, as well as close to the shops and restaurants on and just off Collins in the vicinity of 65th to 75th streets.
