Completely trash hotel

I stayed at this hotel for two days And it was a horrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very dirty. The carpet is filthy throughout the hallway. It needs to be renovated in many ways. It was such an inconvenience for me on this trip because I drove So far away, and I wasn’t able to change the room without it being a complete inconvenience for me in my partner There was a smell through throughout the hallway in the room also had a smell I would not recommend staying here Go anywhere else but here I tried to get room service while I was there and she completely ignored me I have been so patient trying to get in contact with a manager for some sort of refund or accommodation and I am getting the runaround and no one is calling me back and not to mention, the valet was rude and went through the middle console of my car didn’t find that out until I was on the road lol so I repeat please try to avoid this hotel at all cost

Did NOT end up staying in the hotel. Room AC was leaking, floor was flooded. Asked for cancellation and refund which was promised but still ended up disputing the charge.

Great Views and Safe!

This is part of Discover review-The location is very safe, Beach front, clean pool, bar outside and inside with a restaurant-but a little expensive. It was decent for the money. Good price to stay and it has 2 stores and bike rental onsite. Very clean and no bugs was a huge plus for me. The building is old but very clean and they provide a lot of towels. The view was very nice but I wish I had been given the ocean view. It is a little apartment with 2 beds and a folding bed in the closet. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and they provide paper towels and dish soap. I really liked that they provide you with A LOT of beach towels and umbrella and 2 chairs. They keep their word! My bank had not paid because they thought it was not me and they waited for me. You only pay 50.00 to check in early. They have a pool table at the lobby and other game tables. There is a free trolley that stops right in front of the building and it takes you down Collins and back from 8am to 11pm and there is one that goes to the airport..FREE! Do not get a taxi they charged me 65.00 from the airport to mia rentals.

No warning on construction at the lobby-loud noise during check in at 8:30pm? Lengthy lines and a long wait for check in process with only one person trying to handle it. Room looked a lot smaller than on picture, towels and toilet tissue are the cheapest!
Listed 2 bathrooms, only 1 and 1/2 bath in reality. Both bathrooms fans not working, very limited space to put anything down except on the bed. 1st floor closet door falls on you when try to open it, countertop kitchen was not very clean. Cabinets missing glass on doors. Everything appears to be outdated and not very well kept even if it is. Walk-in Closet 2nd floor can only be called as such, maybe to step in.
We survived the 2-night stay. Valet was pretty prompt. Some of us used pool and this was good, beach access worked.
