Better than expected!
Liked: To be honest I was expecting the worst after reading the reviews and was more then surprised with our stay. The room we got at least was clean. Not spotless clean, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the noise was not so bad when we stayed and we got a nice channel view from the room. All in all was very worth it and I did not cancel my reservation I had made for the end of that same week. The location is amazing, you can not get a better location for that rate. So, that I don't think this hotel will last long and some bigger hotel corporation will buy it over and demolish or renovate it completely and charge 5 times the price.
Disliked: The staff were not the friendliest, but nothing I can really complain. They should be a bit more proactive to avoid the long wait to check in and check out. Also, they say the towels are in the room and don't give you right at check out just to make you to the room and come back and they make you wait 30 min or so ()to finish checking everyone in), when you just want to have a shower. I knew about the towels issue because I read the reviews and even asking for it up front they did not give to me. A quick solution was to leave a bucked with clean towels and give it to guests at the check in if you don't want to leave the towels in the room. It just seems a lack of communication between the cleaning team and the front desk team. On our second night staying there was one towel in the room, so I just had to go for the second, but still...is tiring and time consuming. Something that could be easy avoided. The shower on the first night we stayed at room 218 was pretty bad too, the water was all over but where it should be for you to shower properly..Lol. These things for me are not a huge deal, it would be a different thing if I stayed for more nights then for sure. Over all was much better than expected and we were happy and will come back if the opportunity comes up.

I'm not usually the type to complain, and I'm pretty easygoing when it comes to hotels. As long as I have a clean place to sleep, I'm happy.
Unfortunately, this stay was a different story.
The employee who checked me in didn't seem to be in the best mood and had a bit of an attitude, but I didn't think much of it.
When I entered my room, the bed was unmade, there were random personal items scattered around, wet towels on the chairs, and the bathroom was even worse, the toilet wouldn't flush, and it was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned with used towels, shower not cleaned, and sheets unchanged.
I went back to the front desk and asked if I had been given the wrong room because it honestly looked occupied. I was told my original room had a broken A/C, so this was the only room available. My options were to take the room with no A/C (In mid July) or stay in the dirty one, and I was actually encouraged to just use the dirty room. So basically a "Just suck it up"
I was exhausted and only staying for two nights, so I accepted it and made the best of it since I wasn't planning on spending much time in my room anyways. On top of everything, the parking is awkward and expensive (You have to pay extra $30/night).
I rarely leave negative reviews, but based on this experience, I can't recommend staying here.

Horrible.
Hotel room that has no towel for the guest and so little room service, poorly polite attendant! I do not recommend

Terrible hotel. Dirty room, no towels, dirty bathroom. I left and went to Best Western around the corner.

There is no air conditioning in the room . There is a vent that blows in air, but it isn't cold at all. No thermostat in the room neither. The door card has to be reset quite often. I kept it away from phones/wallet, etc.
It takes the shower quite some time for hot water to arrive. Be patient.
The TV doesn't work. There is an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine on the property. The hotel does not provide shampoo. Only these small round soaps that are about the size of a silver dollar.
One positive note is that there is a mini fridge in the room that stays cold.
