Clean and affordable

It is a reasonably priced boutique hotel for the Miami Beach area. Very close to South Beach and 20 minutes or less from downtown. Hotel staff very welcoming and service oriented. Rooms are comfortable and have all you need. The bed is comfortable and the room was very clean. It was raining and there was a roof leak downstairs they needed to get fixed.
Greeting with sparkling wine- nice touch!

Beautiful hotel with one of the area's most popular breakfast spots. Make sure you stop for a coffee or take it up to the rooftop. Be aware that the beach options they provide are not close, but they are worth the trip. Parking was ideal in the area or in the garage. Staff was amazing. Rooms could be a bit more fully furnished given the amount of space, but overall very comfortable, plus the balcony is a convenient add-on when you need a breath of fresh air.

Bad experience. To avoid

Worst experience ever. They give you the room at 3.30 PM and ask to check out at 10 AM, like the house keeping needs5-6 hours to clean a small little room…
Then never answer messages or emails.

Our check-in and check-out times are clearly communicated at the time of booking. Whenever possible, we are always happy to accommodate an early check-in at no additional charge. However, during weekends and periods of high occupancy, when the hotel is fully booked, unfortunately this is not always possible as our housekeeping team needs sufficient time to properly prepare each room for the next guest.
