Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The small beach area was quaint and we enjoyed our stay.

Room & everything very clean & people very friendly. Only hiccup was that my hair dryer didn’t work which they promptly replaced. Would stay there again!

This place was a delight!! They even bake cookies all day long! The staff is amazing. Right on the beach. Breakfast ws a step up and they have great coffee. Only problem was all the traffic so it is hard to get out of the parking lot. Lots to do in Traverse City and this was a perfect place to stay.

Patricia at Brio was phenomenal with attention and handling breakfast and preparing rooms. The best part of the room is the water pressure. The toilet seat in #103 really should be replaced though as it is old. This is not a reflection on the staff.
Unfortunately, if I had cancelled my room and rebooked the day before, I could have saved money. But the motel clerk could not adjust the price.

Absolutely loved our stay. The rooms are small but clean and provide everything you need. The seating areas outside and the beach more than makes up for the small room size. Definitely the best beach curb appeal along the strip area. Clean, maintained and welcoming.
