We were refused entry at the door because we arrived too late at night. No options or assistance were given, or even offered, and were promptly sent back out in to the street.
The most horrible hotel experience I have ever encountered.
Completely unwilling to assist us in any way. Our rooms were there, and unoccupied, and they were still not willing to allow us to stay in our reserved rooms.

Stayed here as a late night stop traveling through and stayed because reviews I saw were decent. A third of the property was taped off. The rooms were cringy our blanket was beyond wrinkled like it was pulled from the bottom of the hamper. The carpet was so dirty and filmed I couldn’t stand to walk on it with bare feet. Our toilet didn’t even flush in our room the morning we woke up.

The property is recently under new management, any I can see that they are working very hard to renovate and clean. Unfortunately, it's just not yet in an acceptable state to stay. Biggest issue... Roaches in the bathroom. That was the deal breaker, but vending and laundry were also all broken, and the room was pretty shabby, with crumbling plaster and mold in the bathroom.
Staff was very professional and friendly, and I do hope they can succeed at rehabilitating the hotel, but I wouldn't consider staying until it's finished.

Really old hotel that appears to be going through a remodel. Wait until its done. My room was old and shabby. Up-charged me $25 for my dog then put me in a room next to 2 other dogs that barked all night, even though the hotel was not even 1/2 full. Other name brand hotels do not charge for pets and are much better maintained. I will not stay here again.
