As a business trip, the in house restaurant was a huge plus.
Bonus to that was the plate presentation.
High quality operation all around.

The overall experience was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is also clean and nice. The only thing I think can be improved is the breakfast, the options are limited. The rest are all great.

Wonderful hotel in super convenient location. Walking distance to Great mall with plenty of restaurants. 15mins to Silicon Valley and just close to Expressway. A lot of parking lot even on the busy weekday.
George is awesome front desk, he is very kind, polite and supportive. He is the best front desk in the US hotel I have ever seen.
This price should include breakfast, they serve Starbuck coffee with reasonable price.
Overall is the great stay. Will definitely comeback again when we come to Silicon Valley.

The room was clean for the most part. There was an odd reddish brown stain on a section of the sofa. Our fridge was missing the shelf, so storing our dinner leftovers the first night was a struggle.
Although I chose the pay at property option, I was debited for my stay about 10 days before check in without any communication from the property. That was disappointing to say the least. There should have been some language to that effect at booking.
Otherwise, the price was way over inflated. Pricing shouldn't be dynamic in my opinion.
