Stay here!

Great property and location to parks! We loved staying here, first Kim at check in was fabulous!! We stayed in a family suite and had plenty of space to unwind at the end of a long day. The full size refrigerator and freezer were perfect for our camelbaks and extra water. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. I loved that they had a hot rub set at a lower temperature to relax the muscles after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was really good too although we missed it most days as we're we're out the door before 6. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Great back pathway along Colorado River with native desert riparian plants and trees.

High-end landscaping and walkway along the Colorado River and Courthouse Wash outlet; an excellent riparian habitat for SE Utah birds and Colorado River corridor birds. And the drive links the paved bike path to the river bridge and Lions Park.

We loved it here! Very close to Arches National Park and downtown Moab! Multiple hot tubs and pools to relax in after a day of hiking made for a great experience for our whole family. The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was great!

AC doesn't work well- very humid

We're on a Utah parks trip and visited Zion and Bryce Canyon first, staying in older style motels before staying in Springhill Suites Moab and while the pool and having a suite is nice.... the AC isn't working very well. First night, an engineer came and vacuumed the filters and said it was working. The second day, I told them it still wasn't working well, so they sent the "real engineer" to look. He acted like I was a total idiot. The humidity inside the room has stayed between 65-70% at 69 degrees. It just feels wet in the room and it's not comfortable. He then told me the units aren't meant to cool the room.... they cool the things in the room, like the bed, sheets, couch, etc. Then, as he and the coworker were leaving i could hear him mumbling crap about me. I won't be staying here again!
That excuse makes no sense to me at all!

RM and facility need better attention to cleanliness. Food order from the hotel is very overpriced and very unsatisfactory. Checking in late from 2 days of travel our expectations from a Marriott were disappointing.
