Loved my stay!
I absolutely LOVED my 1 week tipi stay here. I was a tad concerned after reading the reviews, but I found everything just fine. No, you will not have a private bathroom, however I found the bath houses clean and well kept. If you're looking for fancy , this will not be your cup of tea, but if you're looking to enjoy staying at a real dude ranch, you will be as pleased as I was. Plus, you cannot beat the location and views! The only downside was the rude campers who couldn't follow directions as to where parking was allowed(several). Hopefully, posting 'no parking' signs along the fence might help in the future.

First, I’ll say it’s horribly expensive in general to stay around Grand Teton National Park. We stayed in the covered wagon to save some money (still VERY expensive for what we got). The wagon was extremely dusty and looked like it hadn’t been swept out in weeks. The linens we were given were clean but the king sized blanket on the bed was very dingy. The bathrooms were also not clean. The plugs in the bathrooms also were not functional (I tried all three of them). They also run horses through the grounds very early in the morning with a lot of yelling making it very hard to sleep. That, and late in the evenings (past quiet hours) we heard idling ATVs two out of the three nights we were there. They keep the truck full of manure right next to the wagons. They also empty out the gray water right outside the specific wagon we were staying in (right in the middle of the wagon circle) making it difficult to walk anywhere without stepping in it. Maybe the cabins are better but if you’re looking for a camping experience, this was unfortunately not a pleasant stay at all. We had breakfast at the cafe one of the mornings and the food was really greasy not great (and expensive). The front desk and cafe staff were very nice.

The tipi’s were OK. The little cloth door did not close because the rope to tied was broken, it rain and water got in like other people said so that was not good, the beds.! I don’t know not good enough they Sounded broken. They tell you the bears have been in the area, so don’t take anything to the tipi, but they don’t tell you that they have cows and then you hear the noise in the middle of the night and the only thing you can think of that is a bear when the damn Bear is an actual column.

Do not recommend - I had reserved a Teepee for two nights for myself and my kids. The photos online do not represent the condition of the teepees or the facilities. The canvas walls of our teepee were molded, and there was no way to secure the "door" flap closed. Inside were two different wet socks and a wet towel on the gravel ground. There were cots to sleep on, not "bunk beds" as described online, which would still have been fine - but the pads were threadbare and were wet. They smelled like a gym floor. The bathroom facility was a double wide trailer and was disgusting, stained and rundown. Sink did not drain after washing my hands. No picnic table, no fire pit, only one broken plastic chair outside the teepee. We walked over by some cabins that looked vacant to use a picnic table to eat one. My 8 year old son sat down on the wood picnic table bench and it broke in the middle and he fell all the way through the rotted wood. Entire place is rundown. We did not stay the night - I went down to the office to complain - could not get a refund from them since I had booked on here. I had to pay for this place even though we didn't stay, and had to pay for two nights somewhere else. Who can I contact for a refund?.

They misrepresent the condition. Especially tipi. They do not show the inside of the tent in the picture of the place. We can mistake it with the wagon.
