Delightful Stay in New Orleans

We loved New Orleans and the highlight was staying at Maison Perrier. Tom and Patricia are great hosts! They gave us very helpful information on restaurants, music, and activities. The breakfast was delicious in such a lovely setting. Our room was clean and spacious; we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening. The neighborhood was a delight to wander and then walk to great restaurants. It was so convenient to the trolley. We parked our car in the driveway and walked or took the trolley to most everything we wanted to see or do. We would love to visit New Orleans again and we would certainly return to Maison Perrier!

This place is just lovely. The host was amazing. The room and the entire place was nice and very clean. The location was great and 2 short blocks over from the tram stop. Street parking was easy. A few things to note for anyone visiting: the thermostat is shared / lots of light comes in the room and there are no black out curtains (but I travel with a sleep mask) / the Superior King Room 1 does not have its own iron and ironing board - it is down the hall and shared with other rooms.

A wonderful and relaxing experience!

We had a fantastic stay! Tom and Patricia are just wonderful, attentive, knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans and full of suggestions of places to see, music and food!
The house is very historic but upgraded with all the amenities like air conditioning, very comfortable beds, TV, etc.
There were a lot of choices for breakfast and everything was delicious!
The house is a couple of blocks from the street car, which is only $8 for a 3 days pass. Very easy to get to the French Quarter and other areas in New Orleans.
We highly recommend Maison Perrier to anyone visiting New Orleans and we would definitely stay again!

Best stay in NOLA

We had the absolutely best stay at Maison Perrier. The owners are gracious and so hospitable and friendly, building is beautiful and historic, the room is spotless and spacious, breakfast is delicious, the location is safe and very convenient - just walking distance to the trolley car and Magazine street. This Bed and Breakfast made our first visit to NOLA very special and memorable.

Family and Graduation

Better than any hotel experience! Accommodations were cozy and very comfortable! And the hosts were great! Close to a lot of great cuisine. Easy parking and safe! Breakfast was the perfect start to the day. Thank you for the great 2 night stay! We’ll be back!
