Very expensive for this stay.

* Our flight arrived before the pick up time and the host who works in the shop next door kindly allowed us access.
* That same evening, little problem to settle the air conditioning, we contacted her on Booking and in the minute she was at the apartment to show us how to use it.
* The apartment is 1 km from a supermarket.
* The French Quarter is 3 km away.
* The shower was very nice, very hot and large.

* The accommodation was much brighter in photo , to the point that from morning to night we needed the light, at the same time a glass door with a slightly opaque curtain and just a window that looks out on a building... but the morning day came home well. An opaque film on the door and a slatted curtain on the window would allow the accommodation to be more in the dark at night.
* The apartment overlooks a sidewalk which is a busy avenue (cars) but once the evening arrives it is quieter.
* The first meal was (a little) epic between the chair seat that was unsoldered from the seat and the plastic spoons, we thought these few days would be fun!! I suggest to the host to change the chair and consult a checklist for housing rental (more cutlery and glasses, stoves..)
* On a Booking photo, it referred to a garden furniture, I don't know where it was but with our accommodation we didn't have access and it's a shame!!
* The chairs and sofa were not clean and did not make you want to if install.
