A gem

This hotel is a little gem. From the lovely lobby/bar decor to the amenities of coffee bar, bar and food service. The rooms are very cute. The hotel’s Scandinavian/Japanese design is very cool. And the price for NYC is reasonable. One additional surprise was the responsiveness of front desk to texts and inquiries! Unusual in the automated day and age. Highly recommend the Made.

We had an amazing stay! Rooftop bar was fun- delicious drinks & great atmosphere! Restaurant tapas were yummy! room was so cozy & will be back!

Clean, cozy stay

I stayed here on a trip with my niece, and we had a wonderful experience. The lobby was immediately inviting, especially amid the bustle of the city. We loved the coffee shop and bar, and our room was noticeably more spacious than our previous hotel, which was a welcome exhale.
The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the cleanliness was truly top-notch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return!

It was your typical boutique hotel in New York City. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was great, it was within walking distance to all the places we needed to go. The only complaint was the toilet paper roll holder! Toilet paper kept falling off, Lol! So if that’s the biggest complaint, I have, that’s pretty darn good in my book!

Very beautiful hotel but small rooms.

A lovely hotel furnished with great taste in a modern style and with particular regard to design and aesthetics that offers small, clean, and comfortable rooms, but lacking a closet and fridge given the reduced surface area, such that one cannot even open their suitcases.
