Totally functional and decent hotel. Clean, convenient. The bed isn’t particularly comfortable (mattress is on the hard and bouncy side), but it’s totally fine for a short trip and a good value.

Had a problem with the keys not working for our floor or the 28th floor. Had to keep going to the desk for them to give us access to our floors and they at times gave my mom a hard time. Problem with the TV as well but they fixed. Staff was mostly kind and apologetic but I wish we didn’t have these issues

Staff were very helpful. Beds were clean. Bathroom and amenities in the room were Okay. We expected the lower bunk bed to be larger than the upper from what was seen on the website images. Overall nice stay.
