We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the four columns. Our room was beautiful as are the grounds. The end is surrounded by well keptGardens with lovely flowers and there are lots of places to sit outside and enjoy them. Staff was gracious. The breakfast delicious we used to live in Vermont and came back for a visit for a wedding and decided to stay at the Inn. We had eaten dinner there many times, but never had the opportunity to enjoy an overnight until now. We are so glad we came back and so glad we chose the four columns in for our getaway.

We only had an opportunity to stay one night stay but overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was really nice apart from the wierd location of the television .
The bar was "like a real bar " and the lady serving was great ( as was the live entertainment ). Our dining experience has room for improvement although the staff were really nice . Breakfast was "OK" . Good coffee . The owner was extremely friendly and the location and grounds are beautiful . Check in was a little fluffy - I believe the lady was new . I misunderstood the breakfast situation instructions. Coffee 24-7 in our building is a nice feature . With a lack of options for dining in the area, they are in a great place to really ramp up the F&B side of things but overall, we enjoyed our brief stay and hope to return when we're next in Country . Everything was pretty wonderful overall, the staff were helpful and super friendly, the grounds were so beautifully kept and enjoyable to explore, and the room was lovely. The only thing is recommend would be expanding the continental breakfast offerings just a small bit. There were no sweetnets for the coffee and the food choices were minimal, so I skipped that part.

We had a wonderful stay with our two young children and dog. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable and we enjoyed the games and restaurant on site. Perfect place to spend a weekend in Vermont.

Clean and the feel of our room was like a cabin and very welcoming but one star off for people and detritus splayed out in the reception
