Great front desk staff!

1. Parking was free and easily accessible on the compound,
2. The staff were very courteous and took care of our needs,
3. The lobby was warm and welcoming in the 40 deg cold,
4. The facility was quiet for personal work,
5. The room was quite clean and well dusted in comparison to other popular short term stays that are higher priced.
6. The bath tub was very clean and the shower head was working excellently, again compared to other higher priced stays. Great job by cleaning crew.
7. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows allowed an excellent sleep,
8. There were many tv viewing options available with HBO etc. I was happy to catch up on the latest episode of Dune (series).
9. The Internet is free and open.
10. Checking in and out was so simple and easy.
What can be improved:-
1. There was no phone in the room to call front desk,
2. There were 4 lamps in the bedroom but none was very bright (maybe I could have removed the shade). But I felt there could have been one that would light the room sufficiently since it was a single bedroom instead of having to turn on multiple to get sufficient light.
