Very cute boutique hotel. Valet parking was affordable ($25) and easy. Love the Alice in Wonderland theming!

I booked a King room for me and my wife. Upon entering the room we were given 2 beds. We had a concert to go to and they were switching shifts so I let it go due to time constraints. We had planned a romantic getaway and was told there was a speakeasy for us to come back to the hotel and enjoy after our concert. It was close due to "maintenance" but was never disclosed. We let that slide and just went to our room to relax. First bed had ripped sheet under the comforter and when we tried to sleep in the other bed it just wasn't big enough for both of us to get comfortable like we are used to at home(King bed). I absolutely loved the decor, the vibe and wished we could have enjoyed the property more than we were allowed. I would love to give this hotel a second chance considering Omaha is like a second home to us and wanted to try someplace new than the usual places we stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Deco. Clean, comfortable, quiet and great location.
The Wicked Rabbit speak easy is next door.

Pros: our room was ready early, and it was clean and had lots of natural light. Cons: Our room didn't have a TV remote, alarm clock, or a way to plug in phones. Also the shower had only one temp which was burning hot and no amount of turning knobs would bring the temp down. We reported the problems. A remote was delivered after a 30 min wait.

When we checked in, We were told we were heading to Room 9## (9-something, didn't hear the full number but wasn'tworried about it). However, when we gave the valet the room number, the key card said room 310. When we arrived in room 310, it was clearly already in use, or not yet cleaned (used towels in the bathroom, chips on the bed, etc). Return to front desk where theybwere very confused, didn't ask for my information, onlybtook the key card and issued a new room. The second room was not what I reserved and paid for... 2 queen(which look like full size beds), and a shower which was extremely difficult to adjust the temperature. The shower was set on scalding hot, and the maintenence (kitchen help, very nice) had to come manhandle the knob. We didnt want to break it so did not want to force it that hard. -- If we had more time, I would have requested the correct room, but we needed to freshen up for a birthday party.
