Perfect Spot

Two bedroom two bath condo with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very clean. Right on the beach. Smaller building original 1980's..before all the high rise buildings went up. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very peaceful during our stay. Quite at night except for the waves and wind. Loved it!

Unsettling and Expensive

The Breakers is in a great location being very close to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf. It is close to stores and restaurants and the expressway makes it a quick drive. It’s often difficult to find a place at the Gulf that allows dogs, but many people bring their dogs to The Breakers despite it being listed as “no pets”. If you have pet allergies or are bothered by furniture with strong pet smells, you might consider looking elsewhere. The property manager is quick to respond to concerns although slow to correct the issues. The condos come adequately stocked with the essentials. Housekeeping could definitely spend more time cleaning the units by wiping down appliances, moping the floors, and changing out moldy shower curtains. Unsettling and expensive experience at a beautiful location. Will not stay here again and cannot recommend.

Watch your charges

Our extended family has rented several condos from here for multiple years now, as there is a total of 20 of us. This year we are sad to say will be our last!
We have been charged for damage to a wall that we did not do & the management company is not willing to budge. I never write reviews on here but I wanted you all to be aware.. it is obvious that the damage was due to a housekeeping cart being run into it .. but again still being charged.
So unfortunate as we really enjoyed the condo there for several years but due to the managements decision to not hear us out on this & blindly charge us none of the 20 of us will be back again.

Cozy condo on the beach

The Breakers is a great condo that is right on the beach. #14 is a cute little condo that is on the ground level. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with very comfortable beds. The only negative thing was the floors were not swept very well and had a little sand on them. This condo has a pool just a few feet off the back patio.

Fun in the sun !!!

The condo was easy to find and owners were easy to reach when needed. Sleeps six people comfortably and also has a sleeping sofa. The condo was clean and well kept, kitchen fully stocked, and plenty of towels. We stayed in condo #44 and the view was beautiful from the balcony and the master bedroom. Condo is located across the street from a shopping center, restaurants, and also a express clinic. Will definitely book with them again.
