Our room was VERY clean. Very comfortable environment. Very quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Not the normal donuts & muffins... It was an ACTUAL breakfast, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy etc... I would highly recommend this hotel. Front desk and guest services was amazing. VERY POLITE.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member and am very loyal to the Hilton brand. I stay in Hilton Garden Inn's, Hampton Inn's and Home2Suites quite frequently. I book my rooms through the Hilton app and use the check in feature, choose your room feature and pay all through the app. On March 4, 2025 I booked a room at this hotel through the Hilton app. I chose my room, selected I would be arriving after 10 PM and paid at approximately 2 PM. When I arrived at this hotel at 11:45 PM to get my room key (their digital key option has been down for quite some time) I was told by the woman at the front desk that they didn't have any rooms available. I explained to her that I had already chosen my room and booked it through the app and she proceeded to tell me that they had 11 open rooms but all of them were dirty. She eventually called her manager (on her personal cell phone) and after a few minutes of talking to her, put me on the phone with the manager who explained to me that "she was sorry" but all the available rooms were full. She literally offered zero help to me. No offers to place me in another hotel in the Paragould/Jonesboro area. No offers to clean one of the 11 dirty rooms. Nothing. After I got off the phone with her, she cancelled my stay (without my consent). So, I had to get back in my car (in a driving rainstorm) and drive over an hour and a half to my home (after midnight). I eventually arrived at my house at 1:45 AM. After calling Hilton and filing a complaint I waited nearly two weeks for the issue to be resolved. When I received no response, I called Hilton back to check on the complaint I had filed and was told that this Hampton Inn claimed I "must have been at the wrong hotel" because they had no recollection of me. Ha! Thankfully, Hilton is a great brand and the customer service rep I spoke to gave me 30,000 Hilton Honors points for all my trouble. I will remain loyal to Hilton but I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The manager and front desk employee displayed nothing but total incompetence while I was dealing with them and quite honestly this hotel does not deserve the Hampton Inn branding.

Just stay somewhere else!

I will never be staying here again, nor will I ever recommend anyone else stay here. Absolute horrible experience. They called the cops on our two 12 year daughters and 3 year old for being too loud, even though they weren’t making enough noise to warrant that, they had one noise complaint because the toddler couldn’t go to sleep. Then another and immediately decided the best option was to call the police, instead of coming to talk to the adults supervising the children. This was a Saturday night, we had no less than 7 rooms for 4 nights in a row (thousands of dollars) and they didn’t have the common courtesy to bring it up to us, instead we show unfortunately to the lobby to discuss the “noise complaint “ and were met with 4 officers. We’ve been nothing but good customers here, courteous and respectful. Yes they were twelve year old girls trying to get a 3 year old to sleep. They just lost their grandfather and our entire family was staying here for a funeral. Zero empathy. Zero tolerance for CHILDREN. And they could have just come to us and talked to us instead of traumatizing our family even more than we already were.
Not to mention the 100s of teenager cheerleaders and basketball players who were there the previous nights that were no
Doubt louder and more rowdy, and did we complain or call the cops? No. They are kids.
Oh and the breakfast sucks, like bad.
And there’s NEVER coffee in the lobby.
Stay at a motel 8 I guarantee your stay will be better.

They made us feel unwelcomed during the stay for a funeral

I will never stay here again. The front desk lady, Mona Kay needs training for empathy, critical thinking, and how to handle situations without escalating further. We spend thousands of dollars for multiple rooms over a 3-4 night period. On the last night at 11pm on a Saturday there was all of a sudden a complaint with noise when the days I have stayed here I have heard plenty of other people's noise. When I walked to the front desk to address the lady I had been dealing with for several days because we were staying for my father's funeral about the complaints she had already called 3 cops standing in front of me trying to scare me. I was shocked that this was how the situation was addressed after we had stayed so many nights and had conversations with her and she knew our room numbers and she never once addressed it with us. I felt threatened at this location with having the police show up for noise complaints from a woman that husband just died. 3 40 year old women 2 12 year olds 1 3 year old and 1 40 yr old man. We had 4 rooms. This was our group, 4 cops....really?!

Check-in was fast and efficient. Desk clerk excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful rest. Continental breakfast area clean and professional, and staff was helpful.
