Staff was very friendly and very helpful with all of my questions, room was very spacious more than expected for a very good price. Ac could have worked better but it also could have been user error will definitely be back with my fiancé soon!

I got back to my room late from a concert and AC was not working in my room so I called the front desk rep. (Ricardo). Was told that they were aware that some guests were having AC issues and that “You just have to deal with it!”. Their maintenance guy wasn’t in until 8 AM and this was not a big enough emergency for a Phoenix resort in the middle of the SUMMER to call someone to fix it. Was also told the Hotel was full and couldn’t change rooms but it really didn’t seem like it when I was there. Was too tired and it was a bit late to find another place. I couldn’t wait to leave and will never go back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

AC broke and dirty sock on the floor

The staff was kind and helpful, but the AC broke in the middle of the night and they couldn’t guarantee when it would be fixed…so, we left and cancelled our reservation.
In addition to the AC breaking and the room being over 80 degrees in our room, there was a dirty sock on the floor in our room when we checked in.
Not a great experience.
Thank you to their professional staff for allowing us to cancel our weekend with them, and discounting our booking.

Finding a dirty sock in the room upon check-in is unacceptable and does not reflect the cleanliness standards we strive to maintain. I am also very sorry for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the air conditioning failure during the night. We understand how frustrating it must have been to face temperatures exceeding 80 degrees without a clear timeline for repairs, especially during what should have been a relaxing weekend stay. The state of the accommodations were just fine. The problem is that I left a very expensive, personalized dental appliance fit to my mouth on the counter. When I called back to have the hotel ship it to me, everybody says they have never seen it. Someone clearly was lazy and just discarded it, rather than treating it as potentially important personal property. I now have to spend at least $1000 to replace the mouthpiece, when I shouldn't have had to do that.

Great staff, great rooms, very spacious. Hot tub doesn't work. Said they are waiting on a part. Bar in the lobby is temporarily closed. Let there liquor license expire, but that is a quick fix!
Customer service is excellent!!! Asked for extra pillows and towels as I checked in and they arrived at my room about 30 seconds after we did! Will definitely be staying here again
