We had a great stay and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that our room was a little hot.

The overall facility was very clean and very welcoming. The breakfast was great with made to order omelettes being my favorite. The room was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly.

We have stayed at Embassy Suites all over the country & this one is by far the best! Staff was wonderful. Embassy Suites had everything, we didn't need to leave on our overnight trip.

The room I was in had a super loud noise every time the air would kick on. There was a white substance on multiple parts of the sofa. I rubbed it off with a wet wash cloth and the cloth was then black. I put folded pieces of paper in the frame of the air panel to help with the noise. I informed the male staff member of the air conditioner problem. He stated he would have a maintenance person come check it out . No one over came.
I am very disappointed in my stay here.

Our stay was beyond what we expected. The check-in process was easy and quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well-kept facility.
Cons: parking is $32/day in a covered parking structure and there is not a waffle bar with the continental breakfast (if it's something you look forward to like us haha).
