My wife and I took our 3 month old son up to see my parents. We decided to split the 2+ hour drive each way into two days, with a stay overnight at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Pleasant Prairie. It was the right decision. To make the round trip in one day would have been difficult on the baby.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the relaxation.

Wrestling team from Spartan mat club in Texas stayed for a tournament at university of Wisconsin-Parkside. We had about.

The whole stay was great. We stayed for a wrestling tournament with about 30 teammates. The breakfast was always restocked by Lori. House keeping was awesome. Victor was always professional and helpful with housekeeping needs. All of the front desk staff were great.

Great employee

Lori was extremely helpful at breakfast. She was always smiling and cleaning. Whenever a guest asked for something, she was quick to assist whenever possible and very polite when not possible. She is a great assist to the Marriott brand and meets the high standard I set for Marriott.

Great Place and Good Location

I stayed here last week. My overall experience was good, but I had some issues with the hotel. It's more modern than other Fairfields.
PRO:
Breakfast is good, nothing special, but Lori does her job.
Check-in was effortless and professional. Eric at the front desk has always been amazing and the only 5-star customer service that this hotel has. He is awesome, and I only have good things to say about him

I went to the front desk in the morning for a small problem, and it was unhelpful because Jasmine seemed very bothered that I asked for help and was on her phone prior and seemed shocked I was at the desk.
Dirty hallway carpet.
No WINE at the market
The pool is very small.
