Great stay

Customer service was great. Manager's attentiveness was amazing. The room was clean and fully stoked. Breakfast was was warn and ready. I had a great experience here.

Dust on every hard surface. They don’t care.

I got in at 1a. They changed the room from what I picked on check in. Not sure why since check in took a long time.
I come in to find dust covering every surface. The coffee maker. The desk. The night stand.
I was tired and went to sleep. I told them in the am. They wanted to come in and clean while I was here. I have 1 hour left at this location. I think they should clean rooms before people get here.
This level of dust indicates neglect not just from one night or day.
They refused me my %100 Hampton promise request for a refund. It was only $108 but I think it’s not about the money.
They need to clean this place.
I’m on the road 175 nights a year. Dirtiest night yet. Second only to the courtyard San Marco

Plenty of other choices

We have stayed here for several years but have watched it decline. Breakfast is horrible. On our recent stay cable was out a lot and our room phone didn’t work. Probably a reason many of the oil workers no longer stay here

My only suggestion would be to strip the bathroom/tile floors and get new mops as the floors were sticky from the use of mops not being kept clean.

Rooms were musty but it had rained all day so it was probably that...The bfast leaves a lot to be desired.
