Wish I could’ve stayed longer - was a unique experience compared to a standard hotel,’room was very nice and most importantly it felt less sketchy then if you paid a similar price for another hotel/motel. Very affordable for a nice comfortable spot.

NEVER STAY HERE, UNSAFE, NO ONE CARES, AND THEIR LIARS
I WOULD NEVER RENT THIS PROPERTY. They double-booked our room, causing a MAJOR security breach when our code opened the room door, and there were people in the room, so both codes worked for the room that we had supposedly booked. We then had to call to get help, and the LOWKL associate who answered was rude, did not apologize, and simply just tried to give us a new room with a new code. We were very skeptical and worried that what had just happened with our booked room might happen to us now. When we got to our new room, the code for the door did not work, so we had to call again. The person who answered was rude and continued putting us on hold and asking us the same question, "What apartment number are you?" It seemed as if he was purposefully trying to annoy us, especially seeing as he asked us that question about 4 times. He then failed to gain us access and required us to use the lockbox to get a key in order to access the room. At this point, we decided we felt extremely unsafe and started calling other properties. The next day, we called LOWKL again, and they were able to have the property manager, Tatiana, call us. Tatiana called us, apologized, and confirmed a full refund, but we had to call Expedia, since that's who we booked through. Tatiana claimed after we call Expedia and explain the situation, they would contact her which then she would confirm a full refund for our stay. I asked for proof of Tatiana saying this with an email from her to make everything smoother, but she denied saying to "trust her, she knows the policies," which left us with a bad feeling. I called Expedia, they said they would contact Tatiana, but shortly after Tatiana called me telling me that I needed to file as a no show in order for her to allow Expedia to give the full refund, but still would not provide written proof to me that she would grant a full refund so I told her we would wait until Expedia contacted us with an answer. She then hung up and me and tried to call me back while I was on the phone with Expedia asking them about what Tatiana had just told me, and then texted me a passive-aggressive and false message when I did not answer her call, I will attach that screenshot below. So, the property manager Tatiana lied to us, and Expedia claiming she would provide a full refund, along with telling Expedia that we stayed on the property when we informed her and other staff members through text that we did not stay on the property at all. If it weren't for having screenshots and proof of Tatiana attempting to take advantage of us, Expedia would not have given us a full refund. After dealing with this throughout our entire vacation and for several more days after we arrived home we finally got a full refund through Expedia after explaining our situation on several different phone calls and emails. I will provide a screenshot of an email from Expedia showing a claim Tatiana made about us staying on the property, along with the text from Tatiana and a text of me replying to LOWKL confirming we never stayed on the property. So NEVER EVER stay at any of the LOWKL properties because clearly they do not care about your safety, sanity, or their property. They love to lie, especially Tatiana, and make their paying guests' trip miserable and extremely stressful.

No communication, no assistance, no support and terrible unsafe conditions.
We booked this property as a last-minute alternative after our original Airbnb reservation was canceled just 15 minutes before arrival. Unfortunately, our experience here was far below expectations.
Upon arrival, we were initially placed in a room by the pool that was in unacceptable condition, including safety concerns like a loose fuse box cover that exposed live wires. After multiple calls and waiting in our car for hours, we were finally moved to another room without prior notification.
Even in the new room, several issues persisted:
Hot water did NOT work the entire stay, making it difficult to shower or wash properly.
The front door lock did not function correctly, raising safety concerns, requiring multiple attempts to get it to lock, taking several minutes (once we realized it).
The stove burners were broken, the brackets that hold them in place were missing and unsafe to used. The oven was non-functional.
The coffee maker did not work, and the microwave buttons were faded and unreadable or simply unresponsive. As a result, 1 button worked.
The toilet did not refill properly, requiring manually removing the back and adjusting the plunger manually.
Towels were not provided despite multiple requests; we had to track down a cleaning staff member ourselves to obtain a single towel.
Floors and walls were very dirty, and there were gnats in the unit.
We contacted the property repeatedly via in-person visits, phone calls, text messages, and the Airbnb platform, but the response was automated or promises to contact us but never did. Upon complaining to Airbnb, the host insisted these claims were a lie (even though you can read on the platform other similar reviews). After pressing, the host later acknowledged the issues, but refused resolution, requiring Airbnb intervention.
Overall, the combination of poor communication, unresolved maintenance problems, and cleanliness issues significantly impacted our trip. This stay did not meet the minimum safety and housing standards, especially given the high price relative to our original booking.
We hope the management addresses these problems for future guests.

Nice facility in convenient location
Great location in Pompano Beach. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in easy walking distance. Lovely grounds. Very clean and well-maintained.
Room was a bit crowded, and the only real drawback was the bed. which was not at all comfortable (we could feel the springs in the mattresses!). The room had a microwave and nice-sized refrigerator.
We stayed there with friends (separate rooms) on a dive trip, meeting up with another friend who lives across the street from the property. The pool looked very nice, but we didn't use it since our time was dedicated to SCUBA.
There is no front desk or reception on site; they text you a code to use to enter your room. There is a laundry room for washing clothes, and there are ice and vending machines. The owners were prompt in responding to some minor issues we had on arrival, and they followed up to ensure everything was resolved.
Given what we paid, the value was excellent.

Very affordable relatively clean property is stated had issues with laundry on premises. All in all it lived up to its Listing at a reasonable price.
