A grand old lady in fine condition
What a lovely night I spent under Cindy and Jeff's roof. Natural hosts, whose generosity of spirit is an advert for Colorado. Cindy's "Victorian maximalist" aesthetics fit this stunning property perfectly - that stained glass! - and despite the ornaments and trinkets I couldn't see a speck of dust, and there was still plenty of room for me to put down bags and phones and chargers and so on. The bed was deep and comfortable, the bedding soft, the blinds gave a wonderful blackout, and despite the age of the property I did not hear creaks and squeaks as other guests moved around. I would have loved to spend longer!

Two nights passing through Pueblo
Cindy and Jeff do not know a stranger. They make you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. However, they fully maintain your privacy and are not overbearing. Additionally, they are proud of their hometown and able to share useful information regarding history, shopping and places to eat.
Regarding the mansion…it is incredible. The history and architecture speak for themselves. Accommodations are plentiful throughout and the attention paid to every detail is evident. I found myself continuously taking photos.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Pueblo area.

Charming Place to Stay
Really lovely place to stay. Many spots to sit and relax inside and outside. Owners are friendly and helpful. I was there for only one night. The neighborhood is good for walking, with easy access to the paths along the Arkansas River. Would stay again if I’m ever back in Pueblo.

A 5 star Diamond
Literally one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Jeff & Cindy have completely renovated a 1906 Beer Baron's mansion and it is spectacular. Ridiculously clean and truly immaculate. The mansion is impeccably decorated in period furniture and each piece is carefully placed to enhance the experience. I found myself staring and trying to take in the atmosphere. The Abriendo Mansion is incredibly well built and designed. I stayed in the Walter Suite. The Inn was full that evening and I didn't hear a single creak or anyone else in the house. I'm picky about beds and it was perfect in every way. The bathroom was large and very (very) clean. The owners leave little treasures to use (ie. high end curated soaps and sundries). It would be a perfect for a weekend get away or wedding party. The owners host bands on the back patio during the summer and I've already talked my wife into going down just to enjoy the setting. The best part was when I stepped out of my car, Bentley the collie was there to welcome me with a wagging tail. Simply a perfect accommodation.

Wonderful stay. Strong recommendation
Cindy was made for this job! Great hostess. Feels like family by the time you leave. Not everyone leaves a bed and breakfast sort of stay with a gift of earrings! Cindy is generous and fun. No negative regarding Jeff--we just saw less of him.
All the rooms are beautiful. We had a jacuzzi bath that was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Dogs were adorable. Only recommendation/request: non-fruit yogurt and fresh fruit, granola, raisins, nuts, etc for breakfast--not really in to the pastries.
I would recommend Abriendo Inn to everyone. I think 2 nights is a better plan than one night to get full benefit.
