Hope Inn is a beautiful property in a quiet secluded area of Redding. The Royal Shasta Room is spacious, clean and feels luxurious, especially the very large bathroom with rainfall shower and deep tub. It’s also nice to have kitchen access if you need a larger fridge or to use an oven or microwave.

Unique Place To Visit
A friend of mine suggested this inn based on a previous experience, and she was not wrong! Although the inn has multiple master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, you share the common areas.... which I was a little leary of. We got lucky and the place was nearly empty when we were there for 2 nights, so we had the run of the house! We enjoyed making meals together in the well-appointed kitchen each day as well as trying out all of the seating options surrounding the property based on the time of day. It felt like we were house guests in the best possible way, and the house manager (who lives in another home on the property) was extremely communicative/helpful. If you're looking for affordable, low profile accommodations to lay your head at in a beautifully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood with anything you could imagine needing, look no further! Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area (it would be awesome if you could reserve the whole place for a friend or family gathering, assuming you all like each other).

This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! Note: If you book third party, it is best to contact the hotel staff in advance for arrival instructions. I learned that for privacy reasons, third party companies do not provide guest information to the property. This property, like many other boutique gems, has limited office hours but provides access options outside of those hours. If you haven't seen an email or message in your travel app about arrival, give them a call. The staff is wonderful!

This was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable experiences I have had at a hotel in ages .
It's a beautiful quaint small inn with only 5 rooms but it was simply beautiful and the room was spectacular.
I would strongly recommend staying here .
Waking up early and seeing the deer and coyotes was just the icing on the cake .

Fabulous large 4-poster bed! I slept wonderfully. The room even had a robe available, which I did not expect at that price point. Nice bathroom, good shower. For an overnight stay, it was great.
