Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Room was very nice it was clean and had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The location is one of the reasons we picked the admiral my husband doesn't walk long distances well anymore and this location didn't disappoint. Right on the boardwalk close to restaurants and shops. It was a great place to stay and we intend to go back soon. Also very close to the Dart bus pickup which we used and you can ride it just about anywhere in and around Rehoboth

Just OK
We've stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth over the years - this was the first time at the Admiral. Our room was on the side overlooking the parking lot.
Pros
-Great location - can walk to everything. Nice to have free off street parking.
-Indoor pool was great to have during the heat of the day or rain. The lighting was very dim at night. The open pool deck with tables and chairs was a great option to have for take out meals. Unfortunately the awesome beach view will be gone in 2 years after the new 4 story beach front building in front is completed.
-Nice large refrigerator and powerful microwave in the room
Cons
-Housekeeping was sub par. We requested daily housekeeping. Basically they took our used towels but never replaced all of them for our family of 4. The soap in the shower was empty and never got refilled during our stay. Front desk did give us some bar soap to use.
-Our room was horribly damp. To the point where our sweat wicking clothes were wet sitting in our duffle bags. We also noticed that there were areas of black on the ceiling were spreading and got progressively worse over the 3 days that we stayed there.
-The entire hotel is in need of maintenance which I realize is a challenge in a beach front environment.
- Very pricey in the summer time. But then again all hotels in downtown Rehoboth are these days.

Great location, very close to the boardwalk and beach, which was super convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area would have been even better if it wasn’t covered, but overall, we had a great time and would stay again.

The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The room definitely needed to be updated and/or renovated. The water pressure was not good. We had to stand directly under the shower to get soak and rinse. The room floor always was felt sandy even after housekeeping was completed. The housekeeping services were not the best, we saw the same piece of hair and sand in the bottom from the day before. The housekeeper did not clean our table because we saw sand from where we have left our bag. There was a towel left in the bathroom that I believe was from a previous guest. The air conditioner was loud. The parking was good. The pool was good. I loved that the hotel was in walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. I loved that we were less than one minute from the beach and about 3 minutes from the boardwalk. Reading the previous reviews was our reason for selecting this hotel. I now understand the reason for the great reviews, it was the closeness of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and the shopping.

Place was very clean l, staff was very kind and room service was great as well. Loved the location and will look into returning next time we are in Rehoboth.
