Great experience
My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel 5 times since spring for sports events. Never had an issue. Staff is extremely nice with great customer service. Every room has been clean and ready on time. Convenient to plenty of restaurants, Publix and Walmart but far enough out of busy traffic areas. Good price point too. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean room, checking in was different. Not sure if the guy helping the front desk person was falling asleep or had a medical issue.

Horrible customer service
I am a nurse who works nights. I called to 2am to see if it would be possible to get a room from 8am-5pm. The lady I spoke with was accommodating but admitted she was new and would need approval from her manager. I gave a credit card over the phone and was told they would setup a digital key so I could avoid the front desk. I requested the key on the app at 2:30am. I arrived around 7:40, the lobby was full and there was a line at the desk. My digital card was not active. I got in line only to be told by the men in front of me that they had been waiting a very long time and thought nobody was working. The phone just kept ringing… an employee walked by and some of the people in line asked if she could help. She said she was only kitchen staff and could not do anything. The phone just kept ringing and a customer picked it up telling whoever that nobody worked there (crazy)! Finally a lady was walking down the hallway with absolutely no rush to her. I waited 20mins. She helped the people in line check out and yes, the people before me were not all that nice to her but that’s not my fault. I then went up to check in and was told my card declined. I went to put it in the slot but noticed the price was significantly higher than the email I received. She told me that’s a deposit, I told her I was never told about that. I put in my card anyway and she told me if I didn’t want the room I could leave. I never said anything about not wanting the room. My card declined due to being run too many times. I had to approve it via text with my bank. I told her to run it again now. She told me she was doing me a favor and I could just leave. I was completely exhausted and confused at how unbelievably rude she was. She started yelling at me but I just put my card in. It immediately approved and she had the room keys on the desk. She continued to say that she did me a favor and I don’t have to stay there. I told her I understand being up working all night can make you frustrated and short tempered. I also told her I just worked a 36hr shift and just wanted to sleep. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. At that point I just took the room keys and walked away. She continued to yell at my my entire walk down the hall. As a HGVC owner and HH Gold member I have been very loyal to Hilton. This made me reconsider Hilton all together. I will never stay at this location again!

Just an okay experience
Just okay. It was a decent place to sleep. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The check out clerk seemed like she couldn’t be bothered and had better places to be. The breakfast attendant was sitting at a table chatting with someone. When I asked if they had more eggs cooking I got a response blaming all the travel ball teams from eating all the food. If they’ve sold out then they should be ordering food based on that. Most of the hot food looked like it had been sitting there awhile.
The location was easy to find. Value for price paid was okay considering I booked during the recent sale. I would choose another location if booking this area again.

Not Great.
The room had a dirty smell. We usually like to stay at Hiltons but this room was below their standards. See photos for room condition. Breakfast was mediocre. Waffle batter was runny and not usable. Attendant didn't care and did nothing and didn't have syrup. Front desk guy held up the check-in line due to him telling his life stories. This is not a $153./ night hotel.
