The staff was exceptional. Friendly and informative. Our room was clean and spacious. The property was just ok. Common area spaces were not well kept. The elevator was filthy. Pool area was organized but the floors needed a good scrub. The bathroom just before you entered the pool area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Overall for a small town hotel it was good. Just a few adjustments and it could be great!

Enjoyable stay

The stay was very comfortable. The scenery outside of the hotel was very nice. The kiddos pool was under maintenance so that was a bummer for my granddaughter But she was ok, I would suggest breakfast being served until 10 or 10:30 We had to wake up really early to get breakfast Other than that it was good and would stay again

It was as I expected. Clean and front desk was helpful and very friendly. Only thing is overcharged from what hotels said I would be and what they charges.

It was a good stay minus the fact that my whirlpool button never stuck and I have to stick a rag to hold it and the staff knew about it but nothing was being done. Room had some wallpaper peeling off and other cosmetic issues but otherwise good stay.

Hot tub water was poor, also wanted $35 to check in 1hr 20 min early. 1st I ever had a hotel want money for a early checkin. Room was clean.
