Great location in the center of River Falls. The property is reasonably updated and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Dirty room
We have stayed here MANY times. Used to be one of our favorite places. The last time we were there (July 24, 2026) the sheets had not been changed. There were many hairs (not ours) and old rice in the bed. When the front desk was told about the situation we were told that the cleaning staff had left but they could provide us with a set of clean sheets and we could change the sheets ourselves. When we told them we would not do that as we did not work there we were told they would have the cleaning manager change them but we would have to wait approximately 1.5 hours before she could get there. These pics are all after just pulling the sheets down, no one had laid in the bed. When we stayed here in spring 2026 the third floor bathroom was full of mold. We told the front desk and received a noncommittal response. We were hoping it was a one-time thing but apparently were mistaken.

Never again! No service in this hotel
Very disappointed with our stay. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. On the second day, we requested fresh towels because our room hadn’t been serviced. We were told they would be brought up, but they never arrived. After calling again, towels were eventually left on the floor outside our door. On the third day, we requested housekeeping first thing in the morning to empty the trash, replace towels, and change the linens, but no one ever came.
The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. The toilet had dark rings that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, there was mold in the bathtub, and we even found mold growing on beverages we had stored in the refrigerator. Our trash piled up so much that we had to put it in the hallway because of the smell.
To make matters worse, when we went to the front desk, Abby was rude and seemed frustrated, taking it out on guests instead of trying to help. We also learned another family and friends staying nearby were experiencing the same housekeeping problems.
This was not the level of cleanliness or customer service we expected, and we hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience.
We spoke to a lady named Lisa who said that she would tell the manager and we still have not heard anything back from management so if you’re looking for a place to stay, I would not suggest it

Hi! We stayed in room 217. While we enjoyed the overall hotel, we were very disappointed in the bed and pillows. It just wasn't comfortable. We also couldn't use the microwave as it wasn't working- we couldn't get to the outlet to ensure it was all connected. Just a few bummers. We were excited for a good night's sleep and didn't sleep well. It is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the restaurant and lobby. We just expect a nice and comfy bed at today's rates.

Awesome experience.
I have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything was really good. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
