We enjoyed our 4-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles – Rosemead. Overall, the experience was very positive, with friendly service and a comfortable stay.
The only area that could be improved was the housekeeping process. Daily room service was provided only upon guest request rather than by default, which was a bit unusual. As a result, I had to request room cleaning each day during my stay.
Additionally, the air conditioning could have performed better. Despite setting the temperature to 68°F, the room did not cool adequately and remained warmer than expected.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, while hoping these areas can be enhanced for future guests.

The house keeping service is not everyday, have to request house keeping service. And still did not have service on the second day.

I am writing this formal letter to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the appalling service and substandard room conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. As a loyal customer who stays at your properties for at least a month each year—records of which you can easily verify in your system—this has by far been my worst experience in any American hotel.
From the moment I checked in, the service fell well below acceptable standards. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed that the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and noisy. I went down to the front desk to request a room change, but the staff member on duty, Kriston, claimed that the hotel was completely full and no other rooms were available. However, looking at the parking lot outside, it was far from full, leaving me to question whether staff simply refused to assist me or were being dishonest. Kriston's attitude and demeanor were completely unprofessional and entirely unsuited for the hospitality industry.
The issues continued when I attempted to take a shower and discovered that the body wash container was completely empty. When I called the front desk to ask for a replacement, I was told there was no housekeeping staff available and that I would have to walk down to the front desk to pick it up myself. It was only after expressing my severe dissatisfaction that they finally agreed to send it up.

Location was perfect to where we wanted to go. Excellent restaurants and amenities nearby. Costco gas was just down the street. Only downside was parking was not free.

I was happy with the.stay here however the electric charging stations are just for Telsas. If you've rented a non tesa electric there is almost no chance of a converter in the car so thats not too helpful.
