Conveniently located in the middle of Saco’s restaurants and Old Orchard Beach as well as other, more sedate beaches. The owner was super helpful and friendly, and the place was kept clean. One of the housekeepers appeared to be doing most of the work while the other two kept up appearances of looking busy, but not doing much. Despite this the place was still kept clean and orderly (that lady really did seem to be managing the cleaning by herself).

**Stayed here last weekend & couldn't be happier!**
This hotel is an absolute gem. The room was spotless, super comfortable bed with great pillows, & everything felt fresh & modern. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful from check-in to checkout—went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Loved the convenient location right near great restaurants & easy highway access. Breakfast was a nice bonus with solid options. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Highly recommend—will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure.

There was no hot water in the morning to shower. When I notified them they said the boiler must have gone out
