Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all of the amenities. Hotel was beautiful, parking was a little steep at $65/day for a hotel that you are paying to stay at. I feel like they shouldn’t be charging that crazy amount. They also charge 22% for room service fees which is insane! Other than that the hotel was right on the riverwalk and beautiful.

Room was dilapidated. Shower backed up contiually. Called maintenance 4 times before the clog was cleared. Shower had mold in it. Faucets in the bathroom dispensed scalding hot water. Thr junk fees added up yo more than the room itself per night! Unreal!

Exceptional Service and a Memorable Stay

From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Westin Riverwalk made us feel truly welcome. Every team member was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is beautiful, right by the river, and everything was spotless and comfortable. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Amazing

We were one of the zillion cosmetics companies that stayed with you during the Ulta convention. There was LITERALLY EVERYONE there and I travel VERY often... So when I say.... Daireys Completely blew me away.. is an understatement. She was no doubt packed with all these brands in her hotel. But YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER Known. She was warm, attentive and a joy to see in mornings. Which was SO NEEDED with the little sleep we all had.
She is 1000/10 in my book. Give her a raise for being so amazing

Convenient upscale hotel

The hotel is conveniently locked right on the Riverwalk. Very short walk to the Alamo.
Staff was friendly. Restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch. There is the option to sit outside on the river too.
Rooms were clean and quiet
I would definitely stay here if I was in the area.
