Only one elevator was working. Breakfast should be served at 6 Am so travelers can get a head start. Overall, very nice hotel.

Excellent

Very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again when in the area. New facility with plenty of parking. Many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Clean, efficient hotel, with very friendly staff. The location is just perfect, very scenic and close to everything. We loved our stay.

Climate control problem

The property was still working out some problems while I was there. Worst was that the room thermostat was ignored; the room was consistently cooled only down to 76 degrees, too warm to sleep. That held regardless of the thermostat setting.
The free breakfast wasn't worth the price; it was the worst I've encountered at a Hyatt House in dozens of stays.

An Oasis on the River.

My flight was unexpectedly cancelled and I scrambled to spend another night in the area during the busy season...was able to make a reservation here....I arrived tired and hot and needing peace and quiet and a cool room. This was PERFECT in every way. My room was spacious and immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel is new and very clean and attractively designed. The staff was wonderful, especially allowing me an extra hour since I didn't have to be at the airport right away. The breakfast was good - fresh and tasty.
This really is an oasis and the river views are wonderful. Highly recommend.
