THANK YOU, GABBY AND BRITTANY -- FOR A VERY FINE STAY...!!!

Gabby at the Front Desk is how we began our wonderful 2-night stay and she immediately made us feel welcomed as she explained everything we needed to know about the hotel — including the tasty afternoon strawberry shortcake at the coffee stand. Thanks to GM Brittany’s help in picking out our room weeks before our arrival, we had a spacious 2-Bedroom (King, Queen)/2-Bath Suite (both with tubs). Windows are screened and open for a breeze. While there is no Fitness Room, guests are invited to the adjoining/sister hotel Fairfield. Laundry Room is spotless ($2 wash, 30 minutes; $2.25 dry, 60 minutes) and on the 2nd floor right opposite the elevator. Ice machine in the lobby. Breakfast was just plain delicious: scrambled eggs, English muffin egg sandwiches, Chobani yogurt, lots of bananas, individual milk bottles and coffee slightly before the start of breakfast. Walmart, Sams and lots of commerce close by. Thank you again, Gabby and Brittany — you both made it a great stay!

The property was great booking through Expedia was a disaster.
Very upset that I had to go to the “policy” section to see the pool in all the pictures was closed. In other online sites they said right on the page pool closed. I got 150 dollar credit to only use booking through them again for another vacation. The person wouldn’t give me a supervisor and was actually very rude and not listening to what I said. Because even in their policy section they showed me it said closed Monday-Thursday which would make it seem as if it were open Friday-Sunday. I had no choice but to accept something but I wasn’t very happy.

Honestly had the worst sleep ive ever had at a hotel before. I didnt realize i would have to listen to the Sams club unloading dock all night. Crashing and banging. It was so loud. The dishes in our room were dirty and had to be washed. I mean, the coffee mugs had rings in them... the breakfast, which is raved about, was pretty mid at best. They lacked options every morning. The sofa bed was also so uncomfortable my kid's had an awful time going to sleep. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with this stay.

Staff was kind and looked out for us and other guests after an incident of domestic conflict. Felt very much looked after.
