Checked in on a Tuesday night. Very easy check in. Room was clean and big. Bigger than other motel/hotels in Monterey that I've stayed at. Didn't need to use the AC or heater so can't comment on those. Room was quiet at night. Out of my 5 night stay there was only one night where I had to park my car on the street. Otherwise parking was fine. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping forgot to replenish the coffee and cups one day so I went to the office and they gave me what I needed. No problem.
Overall I was very pleased with my stay. I would stay here again!

Our bathroom had baby cockroaches. Used to be an Econolodge. Walkable to the shopping center. Cheap for a reason.

Worked perfect for us. Only complaint was the smoke detector went off in the morning when using our clothes steamer.
