Best hotel stay I ever had. Been a week but I think her name was Elise. Extremely helpful, friendly, answered all questions and it seemed like she wanted to be there. It seems she lives what she does. Made us feel welcome. She made the stay excellent.

Liked the room, not the breakfast

Booked a suite as an alternative to finding an AirBnB because it’s nice to have space to spread out. The suite was generously-sized, well-equipped, comfortable and clean. We were on the third floor and there was a little traffic noise, but nothing too bad.
We did have a problem with a strong aroma of spicy food in our room, strongest in the closet, which got into our clothes. We asked Housekeeping to deal with it and it got better but didn’t disappear.
For me one of the attractions of a Hampton Inn has always been the breakfast. Breakfast at this Hampton was very disappointing. Fruit juice was very weak, minimal selection of healthy options, and mediocre hot food.
I will say a word on the location. If you need to be in the Lake Union, Lower Queen Anne, or Space Needle areas, this is a good spot to stay. All are within walkable distances, and the area felt safe to us.

Nice hotel with a very good, hot breakfast, conviently located near the space needle, a well stocked grocery store, plus other interesting attractions.

We found our stay to be very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and very resourceful. Location to downtown activities was good. You had a pub across the street, a bakery on the other side and a QFC grocery store a block away. Would definitely stay here again.

The surrounding area is very loud at night, and all night. Between cars racing up the road and ambulances, did not sleep at all. One of the TVs did not work and the condition of the carpet and walls were a little rough
