The staff here IS ON TOP OF IT, I got absolutely the best service, from the valet, to food recs and driving directions. Front desk was absolutely fantastic my entire stay. My city view was also a bonus.

Hotel was great! Staff were very helpful. Just to note for light sleepers: door to bathroom is opaque glass so the light shines through. Makes it difficult to sleep when someone is using the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The room was cold and couldn’t get the heat to come on. There was no live music despite it saying on line there would be on a Friday. The bar and bartenders were good. The land line phone rang at 630am for no reason. For what it costs it’s very similar to an old Vegas hotel without an airport shuttle. Just was not impressed at all.

We had stayed here back in 2022 and due to a positive previous experience and decided to stay again this year. We were utterly shocked and surprised of how much has changed on the property in terms of service and cleanliness and the value of the room. I am not sure if maybe the hotel is understaffed but I was very disappointed in the service and the quality of my room. The room definitely needed some cleaning and maintenance done and nobody was ever in valet or in the lobby. You had to go hunting to try to find someone who worked there.

Crystal is the best!

Crystal was amazing! She checked us in and gave us great recommendations for things to do and even for using the link to get back to the airport. She helped us each day of our trip and was such a pleasure!
