Exceptional Customer Service and Stay

Hotel was stunning and customer service was exceptional. The receptionist at the front desk who helped us was Layna. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make our experience even better than our expectations. This is our second time staying at the Silver Cloud and will definitely be rebooking at this hotel chain again. Beds were also very cozy!

Amazing Trip

This hotel is a hidden gem. Our stay was great, we went to a mariners game over the weekend, there’s a lot of food options around the area and we got to keep our car until the game was over. thank you for the helpful staff vikky for giving us recommendations on where to go since it was our first time in seattle. Our kids really loved the pool!! Go Mariners!!

Location, location, location

This is the perfect place to stay when attending a Mariner game. Just a quick walk across the street and you are at the game and then back at your room.

Great trip for Giants visiting Mariners.

Silver Cloud was a great place to stay for our weekend trip to watch Giants play the Mariners at T Mobile Park. So easy, ballpark is right across the street. Everyone at the hotel was courteous and friendly. Great environment, lots of fans and fun.
