Adorable and the coffee is outstanding

Adorable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Snohomish Inn. The staff (located in the coffee shop in the parking lot) were very hospitable and easy to talk to. We arrived after the office had closed so the coffee shop staff checked us into our hotel. This was a new experience for me. And big bonus - the coffee there is AMAZING! It was fun to see the same people drive thru for coffee at the same time both mornings we were there. Cute story - as we were on foot, a regular driving a Ford Flex thought he had "cut us off" in line for coffee so he paid for our coffee the first morning. The second morning, I dashed over to pay for his in advance of his arrival. He showed up right on time but I was able to return the favor and pay for his coffee that morning. Then my sister told me that our mother uses the tax office co-located with the hotel/coffee shop. Very friendly people here.

Truly a third world experience in a nice, first world small city.

This goes down as one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was very dirty and uncomfortable and noisy. Lighting was dark and air conditioner noisy.. Bottom line, the. room was a disaster. There were not enough surfaces to find room to place toiletry articles, etc. Not enough working outlets to plug in iPhones and laptop and other electrical devices. At best, a third world experience. To make matters worse, the towel rack came off in my hands when I lightly held on to it, cutting my arm and causing it to bleed profusely. Clearly it had been improperly repaired. When I complained to the young lady in reception and asked to speak the the manager (who was not on site) she refused to give me the manager's phone number. I asked to have the manager call me, but after an hour, I am still waiting for the call. At this point, I'm not sure what to do - complain to the city health department? Probably a fools errand. I asked the young lady to refund my nights stay and she said she was not authorized to do so. I charged the room to my Platnum Amex card and I will certainly dispute the charge when it comes through.

Awful expetience

This place was dirty, crud in every corner and along floor, bathroom caulking coming off, aklsoo flooring in bathroom and near sink coming up. Sink bottom rusty. The beds were awful, very low, hard and slipping. The heater was hard to operate and extremely noisy. Would Never stay there again or recommend it.

Mattresses too hard

We have friends that live nearby and wanted to stay someplace close to them. BUT we left after one night. The room left a lot to be desired. The room is a little too spare, there's plenty of space for more furniture: a desk, a dresser, something! Not much space to unpack. Pillows in the few drawers that were there. A broken hanger on the "closet" rod. The beds were so hard, like cement, not comfortable at all. It's clearly an OLD property. They need to up their game a bit. Seems a tad overpriced for as little as you get.
I will say that the staff we encounter were nice.

Find another place!

I dont know where to start!
I guess I'll start with the sounds of a mouse/rat in the wall. It sounded like it was trying to escape the wall. From 930pm till 2am thats all anyone could here. We turned on music from our phones to help drown it out, but we still couldn't sleep because we don't typically have music on.
The bedding was awful, smelled unwashed and pillows felt/looked as if they were over 10 years old.
There was really no water pressure in the shower and if someone else turned on water from another room, the water temperature would fluctuate.
Tried it on a whim based on other reviews from other websites, not sure how they ranked so high! Had a wedding near by so it served it's purpose
We paid for two nights, we left after one!

Very good location
