Cool room. Warm cookies.
Convenient location, recently renovated and overall just friendly folks! Any requests we had were graciously granted. Only regret is we weren’t able to stay longer and visit more people!

Outstanding five-star experience across the board at the DoubleTree Spokane City Center
Spacious, comfortable, and well appointed room. It had a unique office cubby, great for getting work done, and plenty of windows for natural light. There was more than ample closet space, and nice lighting made the room feel open and relaxing.
The dining and service were easily the highlights of the trip:
**Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops:** First-class steakhouse experience. Excellent menu selections, top-tier service, and you MUST get the tableside baked potato presentation.
**Shutters Café:** Perfect spot for breakfast. Both the buffet and menu have solid choices. The vibe made it very easy to power through morning emails. The service was exceptional and multiple servers checked in to make sure I had everything I needed.
I highly recommend the DoubleTree Spokane City Center to anyone visiting Spokane and will stay there on my next trip.

Fresh renovation and standout seamless service
Stayed here for a few nights of meetings and it exceeded expectations. The hotel has clearly been fully renovated, and it shows in every detail. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the updated finishes make it feel like a new property. The views from the top floor were also phenomenal, nice to wake up to that. The lobby is a standout, a welcoming and well-designed space that was perfect for catching up on work or grabbing coffee between meetings.
Location is ideal for business, attached to the convention center, right in the city center and close to everything downtown. What really set it apart was the staff, friendly and genuinely helpful from check-in onward. The DoubleTree cookies are tough to resist, but I managed to do so on this trip. If you're traveling to Spokane for work or fun, this is an easy recommendation. I'll definitely stay again.

Great staff at Doubletree Spokane!
The fire evacuation was a terrible experience but Sydney at the service desk went above and beyond to help the family of her guests connect. Five minutes to evacuate, health and age challenges - Sydney helped creatively solve problems and reassure out of state relatives. Thank you Sydney!

We arrived early and couldn’t check in because the system was down. After going out for food and coming back an hour and a half later, they were checking people in manually on paper. We waited in a long line another 45 minutes before we could check in. They said we could hang out in the lobby or they’d call us when the room was ready. We had an event to get to so we left. They never called us. We got back late hoping the room was ready. It was, and they ended up comping us a breakfast and validated our parking. Hotel staff were very nice. We got up to the room and it reeked of cigarettes. We were so tired we ended up just dealing with it and went to bed. Disappointed and expected better.
