Clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed in one of the accessible rooms. There was plenty of room for a walker/wheelchair. The shower was clean, included a bench seat, and provided a hand held and a regular shower head. The beds, and four pillows, were comfortable and plush. The indoor swimming pool area was well kept, with towels provided, and the pool was a good temperature. (66°?) Breakfast had something for everyone, and coffee and hot tea was available as well. The parking lot was well lit and the handicap spots were right up front. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Our whole experience at true by Hilton was exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh eggs sausage pancakes, almost anything you want. Delicious! The staff was at every need. The room was totally clean very impressive. Highly recommend.

The staff was great! The beds weren't the best, very hard & uncomfortable. There was no microwave or coffee pot in the room; no dressers to unpack clothes.

Everything very nice check in clerk very welcoming! Good parking! Safe walking to downtown! Comfortable beds. When by my king room wasn’t ready I was offered a double queen right away. We arrived early
