Well appointed Hilton property, as you would expect in this price range

Nice folks from the second I walked in the lobby. Very well taken care of all around. Even though the rooms don't have coffee makers, they do provide some really nice freshly brewed coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was okay, auto pancake maker but the eggs when I was there had peppers and pepper jack cheese in them. yuck. The pool area is immaculate and it's a salt water pool so no caustic toxic chlorine smell. The lobby also sports TVs, multiple seating areas and a pool table. The room was mostly clean, felt like the floor could have been steam mopped or something, my white socks walking around the room were gray after a short time. Bathroom was nice, amenities were nice, towels were a little harsh - likely overwashed/bleached, could have been softer. TV options were good with a smart tv and a welcome message, also ability to connect my own accounts and devices. Big plus. Plenty of outlets and USB plugs, small desk and bench seating under the tv convenient for putting on shoes.
Overall nice stay, for the price, maybe could have been a little softer and more comfortable but clean, nice people and well maintained. Convenient walking in the downtown area too.

Our whole experience at true by Hilton was exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh eggs sausage pancakes, almost anything you want. Delicious! The staff was at every need. The room was totally clean very impressive. Highly recommend.

The staff was great! The beds weren't the best, very hard & uncomfortable. There was no microwave or coffee pot in the room; no dressers to unpack clothes.

Everything very nice check in clerk very welcoming! Good parking! Safe walking to downtown! Comfortable beds. When by my king room wasn’t ready I was offered a double queen right away. We arrived early
