Hidden Gem

We had driven by this lodging when we had time share in Stowe. When we needed lodging, we thought of here! Easy access to the town's Rec Path. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

everything was spotless. No dirt could be fell on the floor with bare feet.
did not use pool. Staff was incredibly helpful and flexible when I need additional time.

The staff are friendly and the two pools were kept clean. The hot tub broke, but was fixed promptly the next day. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, which was handy for cooking breakfasts. The mountain view claimed was minimal. The small deck had a pretty view of flowers and trees and the hotel was close to the bike path.

Great night of sleep!

We had a restful stay, not sure if it was a down comforter? The room seemed Shaker-like in its simplicity. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as relaxing on the Adirondack chairs on the back patio. Small improvements: could use a waterproof clock particularly near the hot tub so you don’t stay in overlong. Could use larger carpet in the room. The interior bed people had a lovely carpet to step on but I had cold bare floor. Bonus points for H2O shampoo, I miss their stores! Good value, we chose last minute.
