Great place for a relaxing weeknight escape

We slipped away for a close to home overnight getaway on a Thursday night and had an amazing stay. From the extra friendly check in with Kaitlynn -to the clean quiet room - to the swing by the firepit watching the deer run by- to the pool during adult swim. It was absolutely what we both needed as very busy working adults. Check out the loyalty plus membership. It’s worth every penny! We love BPR. You will too.

A close-to-home overnight getaway at Brook Pointe Resort in Syracuse, Indiana, should feel relaxing, quiet, and easy to enjoy, and we’re glad your Thursday night escape was exactly what you needed. It’s great to hear Kaitlynn made check-in extra friendly, your room was clean and peaceful, and you enjoyed the firepit swings, deer, pool, and adult swim. Thank you for the five-star review, Tara, and for sharing your love for our Loyalty Plus membership. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

My 10 year old camper is nicer! Lol

This hotel “resort” is soooo bad! I grew up in the area and moved away years ago. There are not many options for accommodations in Syracuse itself and you can tell. No real competition=way over priced room and conditions were beyond sub par. The room smelled like mildew/dirty feet the minute we opened the door. Everything is so outdated and the water also smelled bad. It had a metallic/ sulphuric smell and honestly the whole place just really gave me the ick. I have stayed in some low budget motels as a young adult in my travels, but the cost of this room in relation to what is being provide is way out of alignment. I would not stay here ever again, nor would I recommend. You should just drive the extra miles for nicer facilities - Goshen or Warsaw are better choices. Oakwood is great also, but books up quickly. We had a family emergency and ended up driving 5 hours so this is where we landed unfortunately. Oh and we spent over 200.00 to sleep there on a Friday night.

Very clean room, Extremely friendly employees, and the amenities were awesome. We walked through the enchanted forest which was the coolest thing I've ever seen in a hotel! We used the fire pit outside with the wood that was available and were able to have a little fire and watch the stars while listening to the enchanted forest music (BEST EXPERIENCE)! Will definitely be back!

A Restful Night

I just spent one night due to a Kiwanis event nearby, but I will definitely stay again. It was easy to fall in love with this old-style and quaint inn. Although I wasn't there long, I thought the room was lovely and comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful. And breakfast the next morning was delicious (coffee just right).

Thank you, Sue, for your wonderful 5/5 review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay—even if it was a short one for your Kiwanis event.
It’s great to hear you fell in love with the old-style, quaint charm of the inn and found your room comfortable and welcoming. We’re also happy the staff made a positive impression and that breakfast (especially the coffee) hit the spot!
We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back to Brook Pointe Resort for a longer, relaxing stay next time!
