We enjoyed our stay! Our yurt was lovely, the bathroom was nice, the snacks provided in the Great Room were just right…the only improvement would be some property trail marker maintenance. We explored a little bit & many of the signs had fallen or were twisted.

Absent Management

Here is the text I sent to management when they texted me asking my experience. I don’t believe anyone there has read this, or has any awareness of what happened to us, so I am posting it here.
"The room and location were lovely, but I’m surprised that you apparently did not see all the unanswered texts and phone calls on Tuesday as we desperately tried to find Headwaters Studio. No instructions or directions were ever sent to me, just more texts asking me to confirm. We detoured to the guest retreat and found your office closed in the middle of business hours with no information and no contact number. Thank goodness for the kind restaurant worker who finally tracked down Jared with our information. He offered no explanation for leaving us in the lurch. No hard feelings, and I understand that some things fall through the cracks, but how can I recommend your business after this experience?"

Peaceful retreat in a remote setting

Very beautiful lodge with an awesome remote area that has horse back riding, hiking, etc

We felt at home at Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch. The staff was super friendly. It was very nice visiting with the staff and guests. They have hiking trails that are well marked. The on-site restaurant is 5-star. We would highly recommend staying and dining
at BMGR.
