Everything was excellent except at booking it would be great if the rooms were to show the outside view or at least say downtown view, street view, courthouse view, etc. I wanted an other than a rooftop view of the roof.

This hotel is located on a major thoroughfare so a room with an outside wall is miserable. I was up all night because of the high traffic noise. There are interior rooms that would have been much better. The building is convenient and well maintained, otherwise.

Would Not Recommend

Stayed here while driving to South FL. I would leave a better review; however, the false advertisement of portraying it as a 4 star hotel - or even a hotel (listed as a 4 star hotel on Google) - is misleading. I made the reservation last minute, did not initially get a code to check in but after calling I was finally able to check in using the code. The good - the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. However, the negatives - there is NO ONSITE staff. You are entirely on your own. It is like a room in a B&B. Additionally the room I stayed in did have a bathtub / shower combo and it was very high to step over and the water goes everywhere when you use the shower. The hotel is downtown, and you are right on the street and it is very LOUD with cars. I would recommend elsewhere.

What an amazing place, well taken care of and clean. Nicely finished and the staff is phenomenal. The restaurant and coffee shop on site are also amazing. We will be back.
